HIP (Home Inspections Professionals, Inc) was incorporated in the state of Georgia in 1996.

What had begun as a sole-proprietor business several years before, HIP quickly grew into a recognized, respected home inspection business operating in the Atlanta metro area.

The success enjoyed in the early days won the loyalty and support of many in the real estate industry as well as the home inspection industry.

From a single proprietor operation to a multi-inspector firm with operations envisioned to be nationwide, HIP has now inspected thousands of homes and light commercial buildings. The revenues have grown accordingly. HIP is still a privately owned company but those contributing to its success share the success of the organization: the employees.
